On 29th November 2010, year 8 pupils from Haywood Engineering College worked with film animation maker Karen Sayle, director of Big Red Studios in Burslem and artist Becky Huxley from The Cultural Sisters.
During the workshop sessions the students explored and photographed the school buildings and considered ways in which it could be improved and made more sustainable and welcoming.
Using some basic practical animation skills, with different materials, they then created some animated film scenes.
